Holding a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the esteemed University of East London, United Kingdom, and a Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from the prestigious University of Anglia Ruskin, United Kingdom, Arwin brings a unique blend of academic excellence and real-world expertise to his training endeavors.

Throughout his career, Arwin has had the privilege of collaborating with prominent multinational corporations such as Plexus Manufacturing, Mattel Malaysia, Robert Bosch Malaysia, Infineon Technologies, SONY Malaysia, Malaysia Airlines, Weststar Aviation and others across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

Arwin’s areas of expertise encompass not only Leadership Development but also the Transformation of People, Culture, Performance, and Processes. He is a seasoned professional in Employee Engagement and People & Performance Management, distinguished for his mastery in facilitating interactive experiential programs that ignite participants’ potential to unleash their best selves and achieve remarkable outcomes.

Certified as an HRDF Trainer, Arwin effortlessly conducts training programs in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, ensuring effective communication and engagement with diverse audiences. Arwin’s distinctive approach lies in his genuine interaction with students, acting as a coach and mentor to guide them toward achieving their desired goals.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Arwin is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He actively engages with the NGO, Women of Will (WOW), conducting impactful programs for the B40 communities. To date, he has successfully trained, developed, and coached nearly 500 single mothers in business acumen skills, personal development, and digitalization, empowering them to thrive in their endeavors.

Arwin collaborates closely with the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kementerian Belia dan Sukan – KBS) making a meaningful difference in Youth Development. Through this partnership, he passionately trains and guides young adults, including university students, to utilize the Business Model Canvas, enabling them to establish businesses with a clearly defined USP and Action Plan, paving the way for their entrepreneurial success. To date, Arwin’s efforts have positively impacted nearly 1000 youths, empowering them to thrive in their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Even with a busy schedule, Arwin is currently pursuing his Ph.D studies in sustainable agriculture, focusing on Vertical Farming. In his leisure time, he indulges in his passion for karting and enjoys following Formula1 as a sport. Additionally, he spearheads “Truckin’Tough,” a unique 4-Wheel Drive Expedition that blends learning and nature together, creating memorable experiences for participants.
